　　1、用户与汽车厂商或4S店签订购车意向协议后，办理购车充电条件确认手续，此时需要提供的材料包括:

　　2、受理用户申请后，汽车厂商或4S店对用户资料的真实性和完整性核实无误后，会同供电公司按照约定勘查时间到现场进行用电、施工可行性勘查。

　　用户正式签订购车合同后，可自行或委托汽车厂商或4S店向所在区域供电公司营销部（客户服务中心）提出用电报装申请。供电公司营销部（客户服务中心）在7个工作日内正式答复供电方案。用户应在有效期内到供电公司营销部（客户服务中心）办理确认手续。

　　用户正式取得供电方案确认后，由汽车厂商或4S店组织开展充电设施工程建设，充电桩设备选型应符合国家相关要求，但不同车企所选择的充电设施建设企业会有所不同。不含土建工程的充电设施施工应在3个工作日内完成。

　　充电设施建设完成后，用户需向所在区域供电公司营销部（客户服务中心）提出验收申请。工程检验合格并办结相关手续（供用电合同签署）后，供电公司于5个工作日内完成装表接电工作。在整个过程中，电力公司不收取任何费用。
