In 2016-2020, the number of new energy vehicles to be promoted in cities with air pollution shall not be less than 30000, 35000, 43000, 55000 and 70000 respectively, and the number of new energy vehicles to be promoted shall not be less than 3%, 4%, 5%, 8% and 10% of the total number of new and updated vehicles in the region.
中部城市2016年-2020年新能源汽车推广数量分别不低于1.8万辆、2.2万辆、2.8万辆、3.8万辆、5.0万辆，且推广的新能源汽车数量占本地区新增及更新的汽车总量比例不低于2%、3%、4%、5%、6%。
From 2016 to 2020, the number of new energy vehicles promoted in central cities will be no less than 18000, 22000, 28000, 38000 and 50000 respectively, and the number of new energy vehicles promoted will account for no less than 2%, 3%, 4%, 5% and 6% of the total number of new and updated vehicles in the region.
其他省2016--2020年新能源汽车推广数量分别不低于1.0万辆、1.2万辆、1.5万辆、2.0万辆、3.0万辆。且推广的新能源汽车数量占本地区新增及更新的汽车总量比例不低于0.5%、1%、1.5%、2%、3%。
In 2016-2020, the number of new energy vehicles promoted in other provinces shall not be less than 10000, 12000, 15000, 20000 and 30000 respectively. And the number of new energy vehicles promoted accounts for no less than 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2% and 3% of the total number of new and updated vehicles in the region.
