2009 年 10 月 ， 上海市电力公司投资建成上海漕溪电动汽车充电站 ， 是国内第一座具有商业运营功能的电动汽车充电站 。2009 年底 ， 北京首科集团在健翔桥建设完成了国内第一个包含完整智能微网的北京纯 电动乘用车示范充电站 。

In October 2009, Shanghai Electric Power Company invested in the construction of Shanghai Caoxi Electric Vehicle Charging Station, which is the first commercial electric vehicle charging station in China. 2009 年 12 月 31 日 ， 南方电网投产的首批电动汽车充电站 （ 桩 ） 在深圳建成投运 ， 建设规模为 2个充电站 、134 个充电桩（栓） 。

On December 31, 2009, the first batch of electric vehicle charging stations (piles) put into operation in Southern China Power Grid were built and put into operation in Shenzhen, with a construction scale of 2 charging stations and 134 charging piles (bolts).

2010 年 3 月 31 日 ， 国家电网公司唐山南湖充电站建成投运 ， 是我国首座国家电网典型设计充电站 ， 可同时为 10 台电动汽车按快充和慢充两种方式进行充电作业 。

On March 31, 2010, Tangshan Nanhu Charging Station of State Grid Corporation was built and put into operation. It is the first typical design charging station of State Grid in China. It can charge 10 electric vehicles in two ways: fast charging and slow charging.
