在淮南朝阳中路的中至信壹号庄园小区内，电动自行车智能充电桩已经建成。8月间，随着小区物业人员的引导，淮河早报、淮南网记者来到了处于小区西侧的自行车集中停放库房，库房已改用了门禁，变成了无人值守。来往存取车辆的居民表示，没有了进出时间的限制，存放车辆方便多了。进入自行车库后，淮河早报、淮南网记者看到，靠东侧的一面墙上，布了一排排的充电插孔，中央有个扫描控制器，连接着电动自行车所在桩位。

当车主需要充电，便将充电器插头插入到供电插孔，把充电储值卡在主机扫描控制器上刷一下，此时便可选择充电桩桩位，在车主选择充电时间后，相应的桩位就可给电动自行车充电了。
When the owner needs to charge, the charger plug is inserted into the power supply jack, and the charge storage card is brushed on the host scanning controller, then the charging pile position can be selected.
