① 交流充电桩(栓)壳体应坚固;
(1) the exchange of charge pile (bolt) shell should be strong;
② 结构上须防止手轻易触及露电部分;
The structure must prevent the hand from touching the exposed part easily.
③交流充电桩(栓)应选用厚度1.0以上钢组合结构,表面采用浸塑处理,并充分考虑散热的要求。充电桩(栓)应有良好的防电磁干扰的屏蔽功能;
(3) the steel composite structure above 1 thickness should be selected for the AC charging pile (bolt), and the surface is treated with dipping, and the requirement of heat dissipation is fully considered. The charging pile (bolt) should have good shielding function against electromagnetic interference.
④ 充电桩(栓)应有足够的支撑强度,应提供必要设施,以保证能够正确起吊、运输、存放和安装设备,且应提供地脚螺栓孔;
(4) the charging pile (bolt) should have enough support strength, and the necessary facilities should be provided to ensure the right lifting, transportation, storage and installation of equipment, and the anchor bolt holes should be provided.
⑤ 桩(栓)体底部应固定安装在高于地面不小于200mm的基座上。基座面积不应大于500mm×500mm;
The bottom of the pile (bolt) body should be fixed on the base which is higher than the ground not less than 200mm. The base area should not be more than 500mm x 500mm.
⑥ 桩(栓)体外壳应采用抗冲击力强、防盗性能好、抗老化的材质;
The pile (bolt) shell should adopt strong impact resistance, good anti-theft performance, anti aging material;
⑦ 非绝缘材料外壳应可靠接地;
The non housing insulation material shall be reliably grounded;
